Bricktop is a family shop. Tony opened it in 2009, his daughter runs the kitchen now, and half the people who walk in don't need to say their order.
We make the dough, the sauce and the meatballs here. Nothing arrives frozen. Big pizzas, prices that make sense for a family, and enough left over for tomorrow.
